When I stand in the office and case it all it takes me 15mins a full tray. I usually get 4 full trays daily.
I HATE casing dps so I always take it to the street
I drive a ffv. I sit at the box and sort at the box. I feel like it takes me forever on the street compared to my coworkers that case in the office. Is it an hour longer? I have no idea and no way to really figure it out.
I have even started doing the pull down with rubber bands and then sort the flats at the mailbox too, that feels like even more time wasted....I used to criss cross my flats and that went quicker. I want to just try all this out and see how my times are affected.
It just doesn't seem like the time standards are enough to do it the way the standards are described. I will have at least 1 month of doing it all (dps and flats) to standard before the new evaluations.
I had a new RCA show up for OJT and he actually showed me how to pull down and use the rubber bands on my cased flats.

They are teaching this pull down technique in the academy in my area.
