I haven't found that to be the truth in our office. The last 3 surveys the rural craft has lost but they keep hiring clerks and a 204b. Our pm even stated it doesn't matter to them if the whole office are k,j or h it doesn't effect them at all and they don't care. I always thought it was suspose to change the level and ultimately change the amount of personal. Rrecs hasn't changed anything I our office except our pay and the need of rcas are less. Our rts haven't changed the office hasn't changed so why has our pay been effected but no other craft has? Rrecs is just another form of Bogus, shady, multiplication, and dirty lies. I've wondered who and where are list of standard hours was made how they come up with this table because everything has been touched in some way with rrecs but not that table. That's never made sence to me. I believe we never received that change on purpose. So again shouldn't that ulter the office's levels? They claim this office gets nothing but that office gets to much so where has the office's levels changed. I didn't see it here have you there?
