Yeah it's a Saturday again, our PM came in last time just to print them so we could take them home to look at on Saturday night into Sunday.

New PM is planning on coming in that morning to print off so we have them. Meaning I will get it when done for the day. Doubtful they will be in and done printing before I leave the office.

I haven't found that to be the truth in our office. The last 3 surveys the rural craft has lost but they keep hiring clerks and a 204b. Our pm even stated it doesn't matter to them if the whole office are k,j or h it doesn't effect them at all and they don't care. I always thought it was suspose to change the level and ultimately change the amount of personal. Rrecs hasn't changed anything I our office except our pay and the need of rcas are less. Our rts haven't changed the office hasn't changed so why has our pay been effected but no other craft has? Rrecs is just another form of Bogus, shady, multiplication, and dirty lies. I've wondered who and where are list of standard hours was made how they come up with this table because everything has been touched in some way with rrecs but not that table. That's never made sence to me. I believe we never received that change on purpose. So again shouldn't that ulter the office's levels? They claim this office gets nothing but that office gets to much so where has the office's levels changed. I didn't see it here have you there?

That's exactly what I've been saying every survey! It goes to show you volume hasn't changed just our hours snd and pay has. We should be on the clock with a great hourly wage like the rest of the crafts. I don't know why everyone isn't demanding to be hourly.

Yep, time to go hourly. I don’t trust the numbers from the machine. Didn’t trust the old mail counts because of sudden low volumes of mail during counts. Guess I’ll linger on the route to get my 8.

Tanking evaluations are not good news for the management either. Fewer people to manage? Less supervisors needed; downgrade of office level equals less money for the postmaster AND the higherups will continually be on the dreaded conference calls demanding that there should be no reason why the carriers can't make their evaluations. It is definitely a case of "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it." In postal world there is definitely a trickle-down theory.

Most I agree with, only part I don't is PM's just rotating within the district for new positions get bumps in pay just to move to another office. With the good ole boy network, MPOOs just let their favorites bounce around.
