When will we see our results?

Yea? I'm a "gravy train-er"... so I'm stating it right here...and right now. If I only drop 0.5-1 hr/day I will buy the admin of this forum a $100 gift card for coffee. Cuz this forum is 100% the reason why I knew about anything! Reddit has taught me nothing about RRECS. It's really only good for the "not today postal inspector" pics. I'm estimating at least a 2 hr/day drop.

Some carriers are over by 2- 3hrs for years..
Talk about load leveling..the po just redefined it... 😒 ugh
 
what's wrong with getting paid for what we do? we have several gravy trainers in our office getting done 3-4 hours under eval daily. we also have some that are working 2-3 hours over eval daily. not a matter of speed but over and under eval routes. Is that fair? I really hope everyone gets a fair evaluation for what they do on a daily and weekly basis. I think that is what RRECS is all about.

That's not what RRECs is about. With 86 ppmm for DPS letters. You already lost on getting paid for the mail. It is all about shafting carriers. Unable to verify any data. The Post Office is known to lie and cheat. It has noting with "gravy trainers" vs those who are swapped. There were mechanisms under the old contract for those that hammered with Amazon to get a special count or get relief.
 
Our union rep said she expected the 16th but that we may not see them til a few days later. Manager said he gets his information on the 24th for the 25th. Manager's main assistant was overheard saying that they anticipate people being upset because they believe all the routes will drop 4-5 hours and the message is blame our union for negotiating this count. They have 94% of the data already so they have a pretty good idea. The 6% from our count isn't going change anyone by more the sliding over the edge of an hour. Big theory is this will chase the table 1's that can retire out the door by pissing them all off. We shall see.

You shouldn't have to be the fastest carrier to complete a route in the evaluated time.

Exactly, we are supposed to get done under evaluation if we are quick. If we get paid what we work, we are city carriers getting shafted with a weaker union.

Do the math 6% of a 40 hour route is 2.4 hours so it could have an impact.

Final prediction is there will only be two real RRECs juggles:
If you're buried in Amazon, working over, and at the end of your rope, you'll be bumped to 48k
If you're gravy training, getting done3 hours early, you'll get knocked down 0.5-1 hr/day.

That way, no huge changes, but still everyone unhappy. The 30% will retain their Most Exploited status.
So, now being a smart, efficient and quick carrier, is to be punished?
 
Thats how some people on here seem to feel, and talking about “I hope the gravy trainers lose it” also, why do you want your “brothers and sisters” to fail? This system is basically a city carrier but you have to self manage to get paid, we are self micro managing.
True, I've never been one to hum and haw about every little thing. I bust my butt for the USPS and my customers, while never giving a second thought about whether I'm getting paid the 4 seconds I "deserve".

I think most of the stuff some carriers complain about on an hourly basis are the same things all carriers deal with and just adjust their attitudes and push through.

Getting off early is my reward for doing a bang up job, and the reason I love it.

And what, pray tell, "mechanisms" were initiated under old contract by nrlca to assist amazon drop offices after a count?
