When will we see our results?

Yea? I'm a "gravy train-er"... so I'm stating it right here...and right now. If I only drop 0.5-1 hr/day I will buy the admin of this forum a $100 gift card for coffee. Cuz this forum is 100% the reason why I knew about anything! Reddit has taught me nothing about RRECS. It's really only good for the "not today postal inspector" pics. I'm estimating at least a 2 hr/day drop.
I am with you, I am expecting a 3 hour loss a day, so all the help from here is definitely appreciated.

Our Amazon warehouses opened 18 months ago. Had a little drop off, but now are back at the same levels before they opened. Cross paths with the Amazon vans regularly. We simply deliver the crap way faster and cheaper than they do, and they've come to realize that.
They give us the team lift parcels , dog food , mattresses etc....

what's wrong with getting paid for what we do? we have several gravy trainers in our office getting done 3-4 hours under eval daily. we also have some that are working 2-3 hours over eval daily. not a matter of speed but over and under eval routes. Is that fair? I really hope everyone gets a fair evaluation for what they do on a daily and weekly basis. I think that is what RRECS is all about.
Let's hope so 🤞

So, now being a smart, efficient and quick carrier, is to be punished?
Were you ever a rca? That’s the way it works for subs, more you do more they expect. rrecs isn’t going to punish anyone but those who choose not to change. By change I mean adapt how and when they do things while inputting proper credit in scanner. Now the standards for rrecs just punish everyone equally 🤷‍♂️.

How do u work safely when your constantly in a big rush ??? I try to hurry on my route if I have an appointment after work. There's always something when u walk in the door , boxholder , safety talk..... by the time I'm done my blood pressure is 180/150 !!!! Hurrying on my route is not good for me or my route or my health . I have alot of mistakes too , when I'm rushing ...

I am never in A rush anymore Personally, it Takes what it takes. I hit 40 hrs every week by end of Tuesday or start of Wednesday.

I had a basketball goal one day, running my non-assigned route. Left a notice to p/u at the PO. The next day, another sub in a truck/campershell ran that route, and noticed the basketball goal. We both wondered if he should take it on out.
Decided not to. Those people never did come get that thing. Took about 2 months for Amazon to agree to get rid of it. That's a Double Slug deal. Slug resident, Slug Amazon.

And don't get me started on Amazon. I have to do a morning parcel run just so I have room for the rest of the parcels and mail and I don't make evaluation most days. I average with parcels and SPRs between 300-400 a day easy. I'm evaluated at 8.8 hours daily. I make it back most of the time before a lot of the other carriers and one of the first ones to leave on my route so I'm not certain, this RRECs is going to help
Good grief. If RRECs doesn't cut your route in two, it truly is a worthless, PO manipulated POS.

I feel the same about the routes in my office, but not so drastic. I can make eval, but generally work like a Tasmanian Devil all day; not marking packages and spurs, no breaks, no chit-chat, RHD POV...; Not the way most will work long term. Including me.

I personally think this crap about putting my signature on anything before I know what they decided my pay was gonna be is totally ridiculous! I'd have to be mentally challenged to ever do something like that. Besides I don't agree with the process of this count. Out the gate ummb issues, measured trips never gave right, flat numbers way off. I felt like management had a free for all to mess with everything. I have no way of knowing all year what my numbers are for package count driving speed crap or scan credits etc. No wonder they want you to sign leave comment before your evaluation is told. They must really think I'm that scared or desperate or both! What makes it so bad our own union pushing that signature as well. That's not having our backs or looking out for us at all. The heck will all of them. They can stay in bed with each other idc I won't put my name on a thing!

Leave Commitment signature is just in case. You can always go from High to Low but must have a qualifying event to go from Low to High.

If you have documentation of the numbers, timings, or measurements are incorrect then Dispute the Survey. We are not signing in agreement on whatever Eval we get. Signing or not will not change the Eval unless it has to do with the numbers on the Signature 4241 page.

I try to work at a reasonable pace and the rest, well, it'll just have to sort itself out. I do know that I will make whatever they say my route time is with few exceptions and I will not be doing what I am not paid to do. That means no extra trips around the office for anything or little sidebar conversations w mgt. that helps them handle a customer service complaint. Plus, I will work to that time standard every day within 30 minutes.

Exactly..that's all I've ever wanted..

Once you sign the high option you are committing to giving your leave away. That's the part you can't change back. So not for me.
Exactly !!! Thank you !!! I thought I was the only one that understood this. WHEN I see my TOTAL ACTUAL evaluation , accurate or not, THEN I will make the decision regarding leave commitment. Then, there is the wording on that Form which , in part, states ; " in the event I am ELIGIBLE to elect a higher route classification........." So, is it that you DID elect a higher route classification or is it that you have the option to elect a higher route classification even when you elected the lower classification ?

Hopefully you are doing more than the Holy Six scans.
Trip2Door
DoorMisc
Unscanparcel
AuthorizedDismount
CarrierPU
RuralReach
StampStockSales

Hopefully doing most of these everyday too
I am a new sub (today was day 91"working days") I rarely miss any of my scans, but what is the ruralreach? Haven't heard of that one.
Also my regular just recently showed me to do most of the scans that no one told me about before, at least not that I can recall. Which they are telling me of course they wouldn't, then they would have to pay you.

If they cut our routes 3 hours a day does that mean we can leave around 12 now? If so yay for rrecs! 😂
If they give us stupid under-evaluated routes.... are they then gonna be crying about why we aren't making our eval hours every day???

If so, maybe we should say.... why don't I ride along with you, and you can show me how a real pro would git 'er dun???? 🤷‍♂️:giggle:

If it gets to this point that we have to elect to work six days a week then my option is going to be the highway. I put plenty of time into this place to deserve better and I’ll not put up with that. Five days a week of misery is enough and I’m sure some wouldn’t leave no matter what, but this ole boy happens to have a wife and kids he likes a whole lot better than the usps. Not to mention almost every other job around has caught up on pay since when i started
